- New location is the BIG question for next year. The Huntington Beach State Park has set the price to $1800.00 for one evening in Atalya Castle. It has been suggested that we might do better to find another location that not as expensive.
- Kathleen Heineman & Angela Jones have volunteered to head a site committee to scope out a new location and speak with some businesses that might be interested in hosting the 2009 Luau.
- Suggestion thus far: Crown Reef, Hot Fish, Private land donated on the Waccamaw River in Murrells Inlet.
