We will hold 5 general meetings this year, with a different formats from previous years – we will have a general meeting for the first 30 minutes, a topic of interest for 30 minutes and then social/question and answer time following the topic presentation. Executive committee will meet after the general meetings, and also once a month and/or as needed for upcoming projects and events. Any committee work should be done outside of the general meetings as well – we can and should use e-mail and phone for communicating on committee work (details like how many shirts to order, trailer inventory, etc). The meeting schedule for 2009 is as follows:
Monday, February 2nd, 6:30 p.m. at Balsa Bill’s Surf and Coffee Shop (bring a cup for coffee and we’ll pick up the tab!)
