Surfrider member Jason Noll hasn’t been able to keep up with his home chapter of Surfrider since he moved to Columbia, but he couldn’t bear to not commemorate International Beach and River Sweep Day! He cleaned up a rocky, marshy habitat near Granby Park at the Congaree River. The area is so popular with partiers and picnickers that there were plenty of cans, bottles, and other refuse to pick up.
