The 2010 Magnet Project, a collaborative effort with a grant from the town of Surfside Beach and funds from the Guy Daniels Foundation. These magnets were placed in hotel rooms, condos, and rentals throughout the Surfside Beach area to remind visitors of the importance of keeping our beaches healthy and clean. Magnets are also available in Surfside Town Hall for residents. Thanks to the Scholars Academy Biology Club for their assistance in the design and distribution of the magnets, and to Leslie Vanauken for her final design and artwork.
